How to Browse Internet Without a Web Browser in Your Computer

Sometimes, it sucks when your computer is affected by virus and you still want to browse some internet for some important information. If you try to open the browsers like chrome or internet explorer, they will show an error message like this

• Press Windows Key + R to launch the Run box

• In the Run box, type hh http://bing.com and click OK
