Apple has updated its support system and
included an option called “Bring in repair” which now allows you to get your
apple device (be it iPhone or Mac) to get it repaired not only at Apple Stores
but also at third party service providers authorized by apple. This will be a
sigh of relief to all Apple customers where they have to wait in long queue to
get their device repaired.
Most of the service centers are located in major
towns and cities and in cases waiting time extends by a week or two. Now with
third party service providers coming into frame, waiting time will
be drastically reduced.
Third party service providers are assessed by
apple and authorized to carry both Apple care repairs and fixes that are out of
warranty.
Also on the Official website you can find a
list that includes both App stores and third party service providers
where you can compare the locations to get the quickest repair. You can also
schedule your time of repair by booking an appointment with the service
provider. The complete contact details of the service provider are also
included. This news also brings in sense of relief for Apple stores in busy
areas who are finding it hard to cope up with the increasing consumer demand
and provide quicker service.
