Samsung captured a whopping 28.52% of market share in India in 2016 despite losing credibility due to Galaxy S7 explosion. Apple followed Samsung with 14.87 market share which followed Motorola with 10.75, a new report said on Saturday.
According to Cashify, Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos I9082 is the best selling phone from Samsung in 2016 with 3.07% market share.
From Motorola, Moto G 16GB (2nd Gen) is the most successful phone of the year with 2.71% market share. From Apple, Apple 5s 16GB came in the third spot with 2.34% market share. Oneplus One 64Gb version also played a decent game with 1.78% market share.
Also, the resale market has risen this year, as most people queued up selling their old phones to buy the latest smartphones.
