Truecaller for Android rolls out 'Call Me Back' (CMB) update to notify the receiver if he misses the call

The caller ID application True Caller today rolled out "Call Me Back" (CMB) feature for Android users in its latest version 7.82. After the update, if the dialer calls any number but unable to reach out due to network issues, the receiver gets a popup notification prompting the person to call back or call again.

However, to receive the notification, the receiver should be a true caller user and should also have their 'last seen' in the past 24 hours.

  • Quickly see if your friends are on a call using the Contacts home screen shortcut
  • Improvements to number lookup speed
  • USSD codes bug fixed
  • Speed and performance improvements
  • Various crashes fixed
