Nokia launched Android launcher dubbed Z launcher way back in 2014. The launcher was made available in Google play where it can be downloaded for free. However, the Z launcher is in beta stage. With the announcement of Nokia to make a re-entry in to smart phone market we expected the company to update the launcher, so that it may be included in the new Android phones. But the newly released Nokia 6 that is exclusive to china did not feature Z launcher. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with an interface customized for Chinese users.
When Nokia mob contacted the Nokia to know the future of Z launcher, it is learned that the company has no plans to update right now and made it clear that the launcher remains in beta stage. so that confirms Nokia has no plans to introduce Z launcher in the upcoming handsets.
