OnePlus the Chinese manufacturer has been selling the phones through online portals and now decided to open an offline display for its customers. One plus today inaugurated its first Experience store in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Currently, OnePlus is selling its phones online in exclusive partnership with Amazon. In the experience store, users can avail first-hand opportunity to test the devices before they can purchase it online.One plus hopes this in a way improves the experience of the customers.
According to OnePlus, this is the first of its kind retail store in India. It will be a one-stop destination where the entire range of its products will be kept for display. Users can themselves have a feel of the products before making a purchase online. One plus is also planning engagement activities for its users and fans to further enhance the experience.
Vikas Agarwal, General Manager – India, OnePlus said that they are pleased to launch first experience store in India which they consider as the important markets and dedicated to one plus community. The experience store provides an opportunity to try and test complete range of products and to have personalized experience before making a purchase.
The new experience store is situated on Brigade road. It has four zones with independent service center lying in the basement retail-cum-community zone on the ground, office space in upper floors and cafe in the rooftop
