Xiaomi Mi Mix enjoyed a great success when it was launched in late 2016. The phone received a lot of praise for its innovative design.
Now, it appears that Xiaomi is already working on its successor, Xiaomi MI Mix II. CEO, Lei Jun on his Weibo account shared a few details about the phone which will be called the Xiaomi Mi MIX II.
Xiaomi MI MIX II has the same designer - Frenchman, Philippe Starck who also designed the MI MIX.
Lei Jun said that both of them have met and gone over the design and brought out the MI MIX II. He also said that the company is aiming to bring a phone which has a screen that covers the entire front side with no physical buttons.

The idea od bezel-less phone is also shared by Apple in its iPhone 8. The front body has no home button, chin and forehead part are about 8mm in width. He also said that the phone has no physical button all over the body. Xiaomi MI MIX II will be the first phone from China lacking physical buttons.
Philippe Starck is working on an innovative concept phone that lacks a screen with his fellow French Designer, Jerome Olivet. The phone is called Allo, which works on Artificial Intelligence that learns from the owner and reads the text using the camera. It also allows sending email and text messages by just speaking to it in a natural voice. The team is working with Thomson company for building the prototype that has an aluminum body.
