Microsoft Surface phone is in news from a quite long time after Microsoft sold the Nokia business to HMD Global. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella had clarified his shareholders that Microsoft is not quitting the smartphone business and about being in market with an ultimate phone. He talked about creating mobile device categories with some new form, new function and value added.
As per the leaked images by the Chinese Leakster, the alleged Microsoft Surface phone can be seen along with the 'Surface Phone' written on the rear end of the phone.
The leaked information emerged from China after Microsoft choosing Pegatron as the only ODM for the production of the Surface phones.
There are speculations that the Surface phone is now far away from the release and we can expect the phone to be released in late 2017 or even can be in early 2018.

The specifications are also not official but the leaked information specifies the following features
- Snapdragon 835 and support Quick charging 4.0.
- 6 GB RAM
- 64-Bit Windows 10 Mobile version but can’t run X86 apps in Continuum
- 5.5-inch QHD display
