Nintendo's first mobile game Super Mario Run has hit iOS on December 15 with a price tag of $9.99. According to the report of Appannie, the game during the first three days, grabbed $14 million in revenue despite its restriction to iOS.
The game was downloaded 37 million times during the first three days which can be estimated that only 4% of the downloaders paid $9.99 to continue after playing three levels which are free. This is a bit negative side for Nintendo.

The performance of Super Mario run if we compare with other competitor games in iOS, Pokemon Go outperformed all other games despite it restricted to only a few countries. Pokemon Go grossed a whopping $143 million during the first month of release. While Super Mario Run is forecasted to collect only $71 million during the first month.
