PKvitality K'Track Wearable device: Acts Smartly to Analyze your Blood Glucose Levels

Innovations are all at CES which is happening in Las Vegas. There are a lot of things happening in Las Vegas since yesterday. We are filtering them so that most interesting ones will not be missed by the readers. Here now we will show you a new innovative technology useful for Diabetics. The wearable device called PKvitality K'Track simplifies the way you can monitor your blood glucose levels.

Instant glucose monitors are not new these days. But to check the glucose levels every time is mostly painful which requires pricking your finger with a needle several times a day.

How PKvitality K'Track Wearable device works?

However, the Biomedical company PKvitality has found an easy solution for this with the new K'Track smart wearable device that you can wear on your wrist. The K'Track glucose wearable device uses the Skin-Taste sensor and very tiny needles of 0.5nm located in the rear end of the wearable device. The needles collect and analyze the interstitial fluid surrounding tissue cells of your skin. These tissue cells actually absorb the blood glucose, so they provide a reliable glucose data.

The very tiny needles makes the entire process painless and the data generated by the device is more accurate, claims the company.

PKvitality also launched few more wearable devices useful for Athlets. The device measures lactic acid, heart rate and VO2 max levels during a workout or other physical activity. Very interesting, isn't it?

Thinking about the cost of the K'Track wearable device? The company is offering the device at a reasonable price, $150 for the device and one sensor. The sensor must be replaced after using for a particular number of times which would cost $100 per sensor.
