Earlier we have reported that HMD may be reviving the famous Nokia N-series models and a new rumor surfaced that further boosts the speculation. According to the latest rumor, the smartphone would be called N95. If you remember, Nokia N-Series mobiles are quite popular and dominated the smartphone space. N-series models were operated on Symbian OS and offered superior music, camera and also great gaming experience.
The N-series smartphone is likely to debut in Mobile world congress in Barcelona along with other Nokia devices. The N95 is said to sports Snapdragon 600 series chip and it is speculated to be SD 652. So this places Nokia N-series in the mid-range category in terms of specifications. Also, the initial scale up production would be 50 million units that would last enough for flash sales for the first few weeks.
After the N-95 model, we can expect other N-series titled smartphones to be in the pipeline. This move by HMD brings back the lost ground of Nokia very quickly as N-Series models are very popular among loyal fans of Nokia. It would be interesting to see how HMD Global carries the reputation, as the N-series models in the past stood supreme over the other rival competitors with ease.
N-series models met all the expectations of Gadget lovers back then and delivered top notch performance be it gaming, with the camera, music and also with regard to storage space. If HMD succeeds to meet the expectations within no time Nokia will lead the much saturated Smartphone space.
