BSNL has today announced new STV 349 dubbed "Dil Khol Ke Bhol" that offers unlimited voice calls and 2GB 3G data per day with a validity of 28 days. After the usage of 2GB, the data speeds will be reduced to 80 kbps.
The only difference from the offering of STV 339 is that the STV 349 come with no capping in the unlimited calling to any network. The user can make calls as he like. Whereas STV 339 has a daily cap of 25 mins per day to call any network. While the calls to BSNL network is completely unlimited
