Xiaomi Mi 6 is set to be released this month and today two photos were posted on Weibo by leakster Phoenix digital that correspond to Purported Mi 6 variants in black and white color boxes. Xiaomi's CEO has earlier confirmed the release of Mi 6 this month during live streaming but did not reveal the actual date of release.
On closer observation of the two boxes, specifications of the devices varied with respect to each other. Going by the specifications, the black box appears to be Xiaomi Mi 6 Plus and the other one i.e white box seems to represent Mi 6. The specifications of the black box are superior to that present in the white box.
Specifications of the Purported Mi 6 Plus (Black box)
-The device sports a 5.15-inch display
-It will be powered by snapdragon 835 SoC clocked at 2.45 GHz
-Comes with 6GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage
-The most impressive part is the camera where it sports a massive 30 MP rear camera with optical image stabilization and 8 MP front facing camera
-The device sports a 4,000 mAh the juice should be sufficient enough for the phone to last for decent amount of time
-Dual SIM slots
-Type C USB port

Specifications of the Purported Mi 6 (white box)
-The specifications on the white box are on the lower end compared to that of the black box
-Mi 6 variant in the white box sports the same 5.15-inch screen similar to the one in the black box
-This variant will be Powered by the same Snapdragon 835 SoC but interestingly clock speed is missing probably hinting at a lower speed.
-The device comes with 3GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage
-On the camera front the purported Mi 6 sports 12 MP rear camera and 4 MP ultra pixel sensor on the front end
-However, this variant sports 3,200 mAh battery which is lower when compared to its counterpart in the white box
