Now Sitting at Home you can Link Aadhaar with Mobile Phone Number Using IVR for ReVerification

Aadhaar and Mobile SIM card re-verification processes have been made a bit easier all over the country. Customers now have to dial only a central number to link to the mobile number base. Now instead of going to the store, you can link your mobile number to the Aadhaar through the IVR service sitting at home.

Steps to Link Base to Mobile Phone Number Via OTP:

  1. Customers of any mobile network operator need to dial the toll-free 14546 from their phone to redistribute their mobile number from the base.
  2. After that, you will be asked for your citizenship when you choose that specific option.
  3. In the next step, pressing 1 number from your phone's keypad will have to be approved for linking the base and mobile number
  4. After this, enter your base number and confirm by pressing a number from the keypad.
  5. OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter it on your phone.
  6. After this, the mobile operator will take the information from your UIDAI database, such as your name, photo and date of birth, with your approval.
  7. To check your number, IVR will send the last four digits of your number and ask for confirmation.
  8. If the number is correct, then you will be sent an OTP via SMS.
  9. Now pressing a number, fill the base and mobile number re-verification process.
  10. If you have another mobile number, then press 2 number. Follow the instructions given by its IVR. Also, keep the registered phone with you. That's because OTP will be sent to it.
