Those who are tracking the smartphone developments from China are aware of Elephone, a Chinese smartphone maker known to launch meticulously designed and awe-inspiring smartphones. Though confined to China, these phones have won the hearts of people across the world.
Our previous report was about the Elephone Play X that highlighted the craftsmanship in designing the phone. And now, the company brings to the users the Tri-Bezel-Less Elephone S8.
As the name suggests, the phone does not have any bezels on all the three sides. On the chin part, the bezel is just a half inch in length. Although the design reminds of the Xiaomi Mi Mix series, there are many specialities in this phone.
Design & Display:
The phone is entirely covered by what the company calls Lumia glass, the upgraded version of Elephone S7. This Tri-Bezel-Less Elephone S8 comes in four colour options - Blue, White, Black and Red.
The display is one most special feature in this phone. It is made by Sharp electronics, and come with a resolution of 2560 x 1440, making this the first tri-bezel-less smartphone with 2K resolution in the world.
Storage & Camera:
The phone comes with a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory. Camera lens comes from Sony. The primary camera is of 21MP and uses Sony IMX220 image sensor that produced vivid and bright photography. The selfie camera is of 8MP Sony IMX219a Pixel.
